Problem Statement

The client recognized the need for a specialized interface within their mental health app that would cater to mental health professionals (therapists, psychologists, counselors, etc.). The goal was to create an "Expert Dashboard" that would help these professionals manage their clients, appointments, treatment plans, and resources effectively, ultimately improving the quality of care provided.

Research and Analysis

1. User Research: The project began with comprehensive user research involving interviews and surveys of mental health professionals. The team aimed to understand their pain points, needs, and how technology could enhance their practice.
2. Competitor Analysis: An analysis of other mental health apps and expert dashboards was conducted to identify the strengths and weaknesses in the current offerings.
